Nature of Products All products sold on this Site (e-books, PDFs, templates) are digital goods delivered electronically. Because these products are accessed/downloaded immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.

When Refunds May Be Considered We will provide a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical/payment error
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description, and we are unable to resolve the issue within [2] days
• You did not receive the download link/email within [24-48 hours] of successful payment, despite contacting support

Cancellations Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully processed.
